Be careful about “flushable” labels.
Pima County warns that items marketed as flushable can still create problems in the sewer system. Keep wipes and other non-toilet-paper products out of the toilet. Set up a convenient waste bin so household members and guests have a clear alternative.
Use the county’s disposal resources for medicines and hazardous materials. A drain should not be the default answer when you are unsure how to dispose of something.
